REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, Jakarta - Throughout 2020, PT. Mitra Stania Prima (MSP) managed to record tin metal exports of 3,299 tons.

The achievement is close to the Company's Work Plan and Budget (RKAB) 2020 given by the ESDM Bangka Belitung Office as much as 3,300 tons of tin metal.

"Trade is conducted through indonesia tin exchange, Jakarta Future Exchange to the United States, countries in Europe and Asia," said The CEO of PT MSP Aryo Djojohadikusumo in his statement, Jakarta, Sunday (2/28).

Aryo explained that the MSP brand on the London Metal Exchange, registered since June 8, 2017 and is currently renewing the trademark registration.

"It is expected that this year the process is completed because all necessary administrative requirements have been met by the company," said Aryo.

According to him, the company's compliance with the Responsible Mineral Assurance Program (RMAP) initiative received a positive response from tin metal consumers, namely Nike Inc.

The U.S. manufacturer of sports shoes, Aryo said, sent an email of appreciation to the company and all members of the RMAP program for participation in the initiative.

"This is because Nike supports the transparency and standards applied by the mining industry, especially tin in their supply chain policies and business processes," he said.

"The same thing is done by Tesla that will only use mining industry products from businesses certified by RMAP," Aryo continued.
