There are various cultural arts attractions that will be held during Lebaran holidays. One of them is Barong Ider Bumi, which is a ritual tradition of rejecting the forces of the indigenous Banyuwangi tribe, namely the Osing tribe. Barong Ider Bumi will be held in Kemiren Village, Glagah District. This tradition, which has been going on since the 1800s, is celebrated every 2 Shawal or the second day of Eid al-Fitr.

In the tradition of Barong Ider Bumi, the barong is paraded around the village following the four corners of the wind, accompanied by the singing of macapat (tembang or traditional Javanese poetry). The Barong Ider Bumi parade ends in the district with a typical Osing culinary dish, namely pecel pitik.

There is also the cultural art attraction Seblang Olehsari, which is a ritual of balaka with a dance that is hundreds of years old. Seblang dance is held in Olehsari Village, Glagah District, usually on 3-5 Syawal. The dancer shown is a girl who has the ancestral blood of the Seblang dancer.

The “chosen” girl will dance on a round stage to the accompaniment of traditional Banyuwangi music for several days in a row. Such dancers usually use a number of accessories, namely rattles or anklets, and omproks or decorations from janur, young banana leaves, as well as decorations of fresh flowers.

On April 13, 2024, the Sendratari Meras Gandrung attraction is scheduled. It is a colossal staging depicting the procession of a dancer's struggle in overcoming challenges and trials in order to be “graduated” into a gandrung dancer.

Sendratari Meras Gandrung will be held at Taman Gandrung Terakota, a destination with a panoramic view of hundreds of gandrung sculptures in a three-hectare area of productive rice fields on the slopes of Mount Ijen.

Then there is Puter Kayun, a tradition of the people of Boyolangu, Giri District, as it enters the tenth day of Syawal. Puter Kayun is a ritual of keeping the promise of the Boyolangu people to the ancestors who have been meritorious in paving the way in the northern area of Banyuwangi. They perform napak tilas by climbing ornamental delman from Boyolangu towards Watu Dodol.
