REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- LinkedIn has just released the third edition of the Top Companies 2024 list for Indonesia. The list reveals the top 15 companies where professionals can develop their careers.

With the continued development of digital technology in the Indonesian banking and financial sector, companies in this industry dominate the top five in the list of the 15 best companies for developing a career in Indonesia. 

"Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) managed to rise to 5th rank compared to last year," said LinkedIn Career Expert Serla Rusli, Tuesday (April 16, 2024). 

LinkedIn data shows that Top Companies in the banking and finance industry are looking for skills such as Commercial Banking, Financial Modeling, and Capital Markets. Other skills on the rise include Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Telecommunications. Based on location, Jakarta remains the main location for Top Companies and Talent Search Center, followed by Surabaya and Bandung. 

Serla Rusli explained, that in Indonesia, companies and industries strive to attract and develop the best talent to support their career aspirations. LinkedIn's 2024 Top Companies List was created to help professionals find the best companies that offer a good work culture, skill growth and career opportunities. "Nowadays, most companies require a good combination of hard skills and soft skills to have a career in this dynamic world of work," said Serla Rusli.
