REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, MADINAH --Indonesian pilgrims can enter Raudhah and make a pilgrimage to the tomb of the Prophet Muhammad using Tasreh (a permit issued by the Government of Saudi Arabia), so they do not have to register through the Nusuk application.
“Indonesian pilgrims do not have to worry because entry to Raudhah was facilitated by the government through the issuance of Tasreh letter. Worshippers do not have to fill out and register through the Nusuk application personally,” Head of Section (Kasi) of Madinah Daker Worship Guidance Efrilen Hafizh said in Medina, Saudi Arabia, on Tuesday.
Entering Raudhah and making a pilgrimage to the tomb of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is the hope of every pilgrim while in Medina. Raudhah is referred to as the Garden of Paradise, a place where prayer is required.
Hafizh said facilities for entry to Raudhah would be provided collectively to worshippers.
“In each cloter it will be published two Tasreh. First, Tasreh is specifically for women. Secondly, Tasreh is specifically for men,” he said.
According to him, the implementation of the visit to Raudhah will be carried out no earlier than three days after the Indonesian pilgrims are in Medina City.
“Once published, Tasreh will be passed to the Chief of Special Sector Nabawi. The entry schedule of Raudhah will be informed to the kloter officer through the sector officer. So the worshippers stayed to come on a predetermined schedule,” he said.
When entering Raudhah, worshippers are obliged to gather at the door of Raudhah at least 30 minutes before the scheduled entrance. The Seksus Nabawi officer will guide the worshipers and hand over the Tasreh to the officer guarding the Raudhah.
The head of the Madinah Daker has negotiated with the security side of the Nabawi Mosque sector to grant dispensation to Nabawi Special Sector officers in order to provide assistance to worshippers entering Raudhah.
“The issuance of this Tasreh was carried out by the Madinah Daker Office and given validation in the form of a stamp to avoid duplication and show that his Tasreh is genuine,” Hafizh said.
Hafizh revealed that this Tasreh service is one of the forms of state presence in providing the best service to Indonesian worshippers.
Indonesian pilgrims started arriving in Medina since May 12, 2024. This arrival process will continue until May 23, 2024.
