REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The Ministry of Finance of Indonesia has finally released the realization of our State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) for 2025 by recapping the months of January and February. It was noted that the state's receipts up to February 28, 2025 reached Rp 316.9 trillion. The figure represents 10.5 percent of the country's 2025 revenue target of Rp 3,005.1 trillion.
In detail, tax receipts were recorded at Rp 240.4 trillion or 9.7 percent realized from the target of Rp 2,490.9 trillion. That includes tax revenue of Rp 187.8 trillion or 8.6 percent of this year's target of Rp 2.189.3 trillion. Then, duty/excise duties of Rp 52.6 trillion or 17.5 percent of the target of Rp 301.6 trillion.
Then, the non-tax revenue (PNBP) figure until February 2025 reached Rp 76.4 trillion. The figure shows that the realization reached 14.9 percent of the GNP target in the 2025 state budget of Rp 513.6 trillion.
As for spending, the realization of state spending by February 2025 reached Rp 348.1 trillion, or 9.6 percent of the country's budget target in the 2025 State Budget of Rp 3,621.3 trillion.
The country's spending figures include the realized central government spending of Rp 211.5 trillion or 7.8 percent of the target of Rp 2,701.4 trillion, consisting of K/L spending of Rp 83.6 trillion or 7.2 percent of the target of Rp 1,160.1 trillion and non-K/L spending of Rp 127.9 trillion or 8.3 percent of the target Rp 1,541.4 trillion.
Then the transfer figure to the region (TKD) was realized at Rp 136.6 trillion. The figure shows the realization of 14.9 percent of the target of Rp 919.9 trillion.
“The realization that occurred for state spending until the end of February with various things happening, efficiency inpres, etc., we still see state spending 9.6 percent of the total budgeted spending this year,” Finance Minister Sri Mulyani said at a press conference of APBNKITA at the Ministry of Finance Complex, Central Jakarta, Thursday (13/3/2025).
On the other hand, the primary balance figure until the end of February 2025 was realized at Rp 48.1 trillion. With the figures for realizing income and spending until February 2025, there was a deficit of Rp 31.2 trillion or 0.13 of GDP.
“The deficit of 0.13 percent is still within the design target of the 2025 State Budget of 2.53 percent of GDP, which is Rp 616.2 trillion,” said Sri Mulyani.
Meanwhile, he continued, noting that until February 2025, budget financing reached Rp 220.1 trillion. While the target is known to be Rp 616.2 trillion.
“This means that in the first two months we have realized a considerable amount of financing, 35.7 percent,” he said.
