REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) observed Idul Fitri as his first activity with his nucleo family members at the Presidential Palace on Sunday. The head of state held the activity with his family after performing Idul Fitri prayers in the company of Vice President Boediono and a number of cabinet ministers at Istiqlal mosque in the morning.
After that, the president held an open house with Vice President Boediono and Madame Herawati Boediono at 9.30 on Sunday morning, and then at 10 am with state institution leaders, foreign ambassadors, ministers and former ministers, and Police and TNI officials. According to presidential press bureau and information, President Yudhoyono held an open house again at 3.30 in the afternoon at the Palace for common people until 5.30 pm.
