FIFA President sends a letter to Indonesian Sport Minister

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - President of FIFA, Sepp Blatter, sent a letter to Indonesian Minister of Youth and Sport, Roy Suryo, commenting the meeting between government, Indonesian Football Federation (PSSI), Indonesian Soccer Rescue Committee (KPSI) and Indonesian Olympic Committee (KOI) of February 18. The meeting agreed to conduct the four points of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed earlier in Kuala Lumpur.

The letter dated on February 20 was signed by Sepp Blatter himself. He confirmed that he had received the letter dated 18 February 2013, as well as for the details of the meeting held on 18 February 2013. He also wished Indonesia good luck and success for the reconciliation process.

It was the second letter from FIFA. The first letter, dated on February 13, was signed by Secretary General of FIFA, Jerome Valke. FIFA asked government to facilitate the settlement of the national football problems.
