A Russian rock music group called 'Indonesia'

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - A Russian rock band picked 'Indonesia' for its name since  the group members were inspired by a story from the oldest band's personnel after travelling to Bali, Indonesia.

"They also know about Indonesia from their parents who had visited Bali. They also play music using Indonesian made guitar," Indonesian Ambassador to Russia, Djauhari Oratmangun said on Sunday. 

'Indonesia' was established in Saint Petersburg in 2007. The members now are Coal as vocalist, Santa as bass player, Charlie as drummer and Demian as guitar player.

Oratmangun said he also had met the band in their studio in a rehearsal and it as a rock musici group with high quality. Then if you are interested you can watch the group is performing Againts My Father.' 'Pretty Colours,' and 'We Are The Same' on Youtube.
