REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, -- If you are keen on trying out one of the most successful shabu-shabu and barbecue restaurants in Jakarta, then Caza Suki should be on that short-list. Since they opened their doors in the early 1990's, they are known for serving up a beautiful buffet layout of fresh and delicious items for shabu-shabu and barbecue 'Japanese and Korean' style . In addition, they also serve heaps of local desserts, dim sum and also a tom-yam style fish soup.

Their shabu shabu broth is a clear meat broth and as for the grill, they will put slabs of beef fat and you can add as many condiments as you wish. They have 2 special dip sauces where one is a light sweet soy sauce and the other is made from fermented soy beans, and tastes slightly sweeter.

Since its recent renovation to a more modern look, Caza Suki has been packed every single day especially during lunch hours. The key factor at the Caza Suki buffet is that they focus on freshness; fresh seafoods, vegetables and ingredients and less on the processed foods. So your selection of fresh food is very satisfactory. We recommend that you fill up on their fresh prawns and thinly sliced shabu-shabu meats, as well as lots of fresh vegetables of course, and you can have an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu or grill package for under Rp 200,000 per person nett.

Caza Suki is also great for private events and gatherings and we recommend that you utilise their function room on the second floor that can accommodate above 100 pax and in addition they have a stage complete with a good sound system. There is also a buffet style setting available upstairs for private use and also a VIP room. You can also pre oder cupcakes for special events.
