REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SURABAYA – About 200 workers from the Federation of Democracy Labor Union (FSBK) held a warming up act towards May Day in Grahadi State Building, Surabaya, on Thursday. The act started from 10.00 in Western Local Time. After doing the oration, they moved to Surabaya Local House of Representatives.

The workers, on their oration, emphasized Union Busting, restriction on Friday praying, and other issues. The spokesman of the act said it was an initial act before the big event on May 1. This action was also a part of media consolidation and reinforcement in  workers union. He said, many labor problems had not been solved. For that, May Day become an event to speak out their problems.
