REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, DENPASAR - The hot weather which Bali has experienced over the past few months is expected to end in November, according to the Bali branch of the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG).

"BMKG announced their weather forecasts, as most areas in Bali, such as Badung and Denpasar, will enter the rainy season this month," the Head of sub services of Bali BMKG, Nyoman Suarsa, said here on Saturday.

Suarsa explained that the weather change was due to a shift in the positions of the sun, which was currently located at the equator, but would begin moving to the south towards the South Pole. "Such movement contributes to triggering cloud formations, and the clouds are a sign of rain, which usually comes with strong winds," he said.

Suarsa added that there were some areas expected to enter the rainy season this month, including Denpasar, the southern part of Badung, western and eastern parts of Jembrana, Buleleng, Gianyar, Klungkung, and the southern part of Karangasem.
