REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Governor of Jakarta, Joko Widodo, will hire consultant agent from Singapore, Tobias Baur and Herbert Dreseitl Landscape Architecture Art and Urban Design Environmental Planning Urban Technology, to build landscape garden in Jakarta.
"I want to build international class city landscape," Joko Widodo, or known as Jokowi, said on Tuesday.
The consultant has presented their concept of landscape garden design. However, Jokowi didn't go into detail. He said the concept, a micture of water, garden and environment elment, was great.
"The concept promotes greenery, water and environment," he said.
The project will be started in early August. It is expected to finish before the end of 2013.
