REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -  Presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto and his running mate, Hatta Rajaa, await a meeting with Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as Chairman of Democratic Party, on June 1, 2014. 

In the most anticipated meeting, Prabowo-Hatta will explain their missions and goals to Yudhyono. The candidate pairs are expecting the party will throw their support to the so called "Red and White coalition".

"Then we will see (Yudhoyono's political stance)," a politician from Golkar Party, Tantowi Yahya, said on Sunday. 

Yudhoyono is expected to steer his party's official position towards Prabowo-Hatta. Earlier, the candidate pairs have asked some Democratic Party's cadres to join their coalition. Until today some cadres have expressed their support towards certain presidential candidate. 

"Until June 1, all supports towards certain candidates are at personal level," Yahya said. 

Prabowo-Hatta candidacies are supported by Gerindra Party, United Development Party (PPP), Crescent  and Star Party (PBB), Prosperous and Justice Party (PKS), National Mandate Party (PAN), and Golkar Party.
