Jokowi vows to increase KPK's budget 10 folds

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Presidential hopeful, Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo vowed to increase Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)'s budget to ten folds. The budget is neded to strengthen the anti graft body to fight corruption. 

"We need to strengthen this anti graft body," Jokowi said at KPK building when reporting the state administrators wealth report (LHKPN) on Thursday.

Jokowi and Jusuf Kalla submitted their wealth reports to KPK in Jakarta on Thursday, while Prabowo Subianto and Hatta Rajasa on Wednesday. KPK has also invited public to participate in monitoring the wealth of both candidates by reporting any information on suspicious money flows or transactions directly to the commission via email.
