Indonesian new leaders postpone cabinet announcement

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - New Vice President Jusuf Kalla stated the new national leadership had no plan to announce the cabinet posts. The posts should have been announced on Tuesday night. 

According to Kalla, the new leadership under President Joko Widodo -popularly as Jokowi- were still considering some names to fill the ministerial post. 

"The announcement willl be held at the State Palace," Kalla said on Tuesday, after receiving the chairman of Great Indonesian Movement (Gerindra) who also former contestant of presidential election, Prabowo Subianto.

Kalla asked Indonesian people to wait with patience during the finishing selection. He also confirmed that United Development Party (PPP) now had joined the government's coalition. The new development had changed the dynamic within coalition. 

"We must talk," Kalla emphasized.
