Former President BJ Habibie under strict monitoring by doctors

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Former President Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie is in stable condition but still under doctors' monitoring. Earlier, the Indonesian third president was hospitalized in RSPAD Gatot Subroto.

"He is under doctor care. He must rest in his house and  he cannot receive guests and do outside activities," Habibie's Personal Assistant, Rubijanto, said on Tuesday, December 2.

Habibie's sister, Sri Redjeki, said that his brother conducted light exercise in his house to restore his health. She asked everyone to pray for her brother.

BJ Habibie suffered fatigue and asphyxiate. He was taken to Kartika Pavilion in RSPAD Gatot Soebroto.
