REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SURABAYA -- Young cadres of the Democrats Party who are members of the Archipelago Network hoped that former President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) to lead again the Democrats Party to counterbalance the government.

SBY criticism and feedback are considered important for the government because of the long experience of SBY in government.

Representing his colleagues, activists of the National Network Farhan Effendi said that SBY's role needed to be a counterweight to the government, because he considered on Jokowi’s government was a continuation of SBY’s government programs.

"Jokowi failed to make the program since the beginning. He said there was no ministerial program, but the program of the president. But the ministers failed to accelerate the idea of the president, so it’s the continuation of SBY’s program," said Farhan, met on event the declaration of support for SBY as Chairman of the Democrats, in Surabaya, on Sunday, May 10.
