BKD head of Padang, Asnel said, the local government gave holiday for civil servants from Thursday, July 16 until Tuesday, July 21. "They were off last Thursday, began work on Wednesday, tomorrow. If there are civil servants who do not follow the rules, we will give sanctions," he said.
He said the local government will not provide additional holiday schedule. Thus, he reminded all civil servants in the Padang municipal government to back on the activity on Wednesday.
"When there are civil servants who don't come to work after the vacation leave together, then it apply the appropriate sanctions provisions Regulation Number 53 on 2010 concerning the specific discipline of civil servants," said Asnel.
He explained that, in these rules, all civil servants were required to obey the applicable provisions in accordance with the legislation and / or regulatory official. Thus, he continued, if not adhered to or violated, will be subject to disciplinary action. He explained that the breaches of discipline in question, such as violations of speech, writing, or acts of civil servants who did not comply with the obligations and / or violate the prohibition provisions.
Meanwhile, Head of the Regional Employee Affair Agency (BKD) of West Sumatra, Jayadisman said, the same rule also applied to civil servants who were in the Provincial Government of West Sumatra. He said West Sumatra provincial government will carry out surveillance and monitoring in their respective Regional Work Units (SKPD) local.
He also urged to the civil servants not to idle when the first day of work. Because, according to him, on the first day, was still very felt the atmosphere of Lebaran holidays.
