REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- As many as 12 political parties have submitted documents on their parties' leadership structures as prerequisites to nominate candidates in the regional head elections to be held in December this year.
The KPU in a press release here on Sunday, said copies of the documents were received from:
1. The National Democratic Party (Nasdem) for nine provinces and 260 cities and districts.
2. The National Awakening Party (PKB) for six provinces and 122 districts/cities.
3. The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) for nine provinces and 147 districts/cities.
4. The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) for nine provinces and 260 districts and cities.
5. The Golkar Party (of the Bali congress version) for nine provinces and 218 district/cities.
The Golkar Party (of the Jakarta congress version) for seven provinces and 253 districts and cities.
6. The Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra) for seven provinces and 160 districts and cities.
7. The Democratic Party for 9 provinces and 260 district and cities.
8. The National Mandate Party (PAN) for nine provinces.
9. The United Development Party (PPP) (of the Surabaya congress version) for nine provinces and 260 districts/cities.
