REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Government and Budget Agency of House of Representatives have agreed on State Budget Draft 2016. It would be brought to level II discussion at the plenary session of parliament on Friday (30/10) afternoon.
In State Budget Draft 2016, the Government and Budget Agency agreed of state spending to Rp 2,095 trillion, consisting of central government spending of Rp 1,325.55 trillion and regional and rural funds of Rp 770,17 trillion.
Components of central government spending were for ministries/agencies of Rp 784,1 trillion and for the ceiling of subsidies Rp 63 trillion (for fuel oil and LPG) and Rp 38 trillion (for electricity). In regional and rural funds of Rp 770,2 trillion, there is a ceiling of village funds amounting to Rp 47 trillion.
Meanwhile, state revenues were agreed of Rp 1.822,5 trillion. Of the revenue, tax revenue was targeted of Rp 1.506 trillion and non-tax revenue was targeted of Rp 273,8 trillion, and grants were Rp 2 trillion.
The budget deficit that the Government wanted to control was a maximum of 2.15 percent of GDP or Rp 273,2 trillion.
Finance Minister Bambang Brodjonegoro said, with an outline of the State Budget, the Government was targeting economic growth of 5.3 percent in 2016 with inflation rate of 4.7 percent.
While the exchange rate assumption was Rp 13,900 per US dollar and the oil price assumption was 50 dollars per barrel. The 3-month interest rate of SPN was 5.5.
As in the Revised Stated Budget 2015, the Government also listed target of welfare in the State Budget of 2016. The target of welfare to be achieved was the decrease of poverty level in the range of 9-10 per cent, the decrease of unemployment rate from 5.2 to 5.5 percent, the decrease of economic rate gap by 0.39, and Human Development Index of 70.10.
