REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) led inaugural plenary cabinet meeting in 2016, on Monday (4/1). In the opening of the meeting, the President delivered several realization achieved by the government in the previous year.

Jokowi called, in 2015, the government managed to keep inflation at the rate of 3.3 percent. While economic growth managed to reach 4.7 to 4.8 percent. It was better than other countries who experienced a decline in economic growth.

Jokowi also seemed satisfied when said the realization of budget absorption in 2015 reached 91.2 percent.

"It was obvious, just not like what many observers said, our realization is not below 80 percent," he said, at the State Palace, Monday (4/1)

In the beginning of 2016, Jokowi asked his ministers to work right away. He wanted achievements in 2016 could be much better than in 2015.
