REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Chairman of Golkar Party faction, Ade Komarudin, was sworn in as chairman of the House replacing Setya Novanto. In the Plenary Session of the House of Representatives on Monday (11/1), Ade recited the oath led by Chief of Supreme Court, Hatta Ali.

Previously, several member of the House interrupt the inauguration because Golkar Party still has not completed its internal problems. So that legal status of Ade Komarudin was questionable.

One interruption was delivered by Melchias Marcus Mekeng, a member of Parliament  from Golkar Party faction. He said the inauguration could not be done since Golkar did not have a legitimate leadership.

"We have proposed Agus Gumiwang, but the leadership of the House did not accept it. Just let Golkar resolves its problem," he said, Monday (11/1).

Member of Parliament from Democratic Party, Ruhut Sitompul also asked that the inauguration could be temporarily suspended.
