REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, LOMBOK -- President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) arrived in Lombok Airport, West Nusa Tenggara Province, on Friday for a working visit to Bima.
From Lombok airport, the president and his entourage headed to Bima aboard a CN-295 aircraft of the Indonesian Air Force.
Following his arrival in Bima, the head of state was scheduled to perform Friday mass prayers at the Al Hidayah Mosque.
President Jokowi will thereafter inaugurate the Amahami market.
In the afternoon, the president will leave Bima for Jayapura, Papua, to kick off the Indonesian Soccer Championship 2016 at the Mandala Sports Stadium.
Members of the presidential entourage include Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, Trade Minister Thomas Lembong, and Youth and Sports Minister Imam Nahrawi.
