REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has asked officials of ministries and agencies to work faster in line with global changes.

"All of our steps must be united, solid from top to bottom (level)," Jokowi said in a meeting in Dhanapala Building, Ministry of Finance, Jakarta, Tuesday (7/6).

Jokowi also explained global changes were very quick and it must be in line with the responsive officials.

"With our speed in working, agile working, because I know the fact that the spearheading of implementation are in your hand (officials), nothing else," Jokowi said.

Jokowi also stressed his ministries and agencies to do budget efficiency. He asked development programs to be prioritized in order to give benefit to society.

"The next orientation should be the result," Jokowi said.
