REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, SIMALUNGUN -- An administrative staff at the University of Efarina Pamatang Raya, Marhaposan Siahaan or Ibn Tian Siahaan (28 years) who missing since last eight days now found dead in Nagori Dålig Raya, Simalungun, North Sumatra, Thursday (9/6).
The murder case revealed after police conduct an investigation into report from victim's family. Police has received information, the victim was last seen with the offender Jodi Dearman Girsang, a high school student in Pamatang Raya, Simalungun. Then, police officers arrested the suspect in his parents's residence in Lubukpakam Deliserdang district, on Wednesday (8/6) night. Chief of the Criminal Investigation Department of Simalungun police Commissioner Adjutant (AKP) Damos Krhistian Aritonang said the police still investigating the case.
"For a while, the alleged motive is the perpetrator feel upset with the victim," Damos said.
Allegedly between the victim and the suspect have same-sex relationship or gay. Regent of Simalungun JR Saragih which is the victim's uncle handed over the investigation to the police.
"We leave it to the police to investigate what is the motive," JR Saragih said.
