REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Jakarta Metro Police have been monitoring a series of social media account that spread pornographic content allegedly involves the grand imam of the Islamic Defenders Front Habib Rizieq Shihab. The police have noted names of some owner of the social media accounts. "After investigating it, our cyber patrol found some social media account that published photograph allegedly as HR (Habib Rizieq) and F (Firza Husein)," Head of Public Relations Jakarta Metro Senior Commisioner Police Argo Yuono without divulging the owner of social media accounts in Jakarta on Monday.

According to Argo, Jakarta Metro Police cyber patrol discover the photograph firstly on Sunday. From that finding, the police then made a report on the dissemination of information of pornographic content. "We are currently still investigating the case. We'll see which social account that have uploaded it," he said.

Argo explained at the time he was interviewed, there was no police report made by Habib Rizieq. However, the police will have a further investigation to reveal whether the person seen in the pornographic content was really Habib Rizieq. "We will interview several expert witness to prove the originality of the photograph and we will investigate the social media accounts who circulate the picture," he said.

Argo added, the perpetrator who spread negative content will be prosecuted under the Pornography Law.
