REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Indonesian government would had an honored guest King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud. It was scheduled on 1-9 March, 2017. The State Secretary Pramono Anung stated that this would be a historical visit for the Indonesian government. The king never come to Indonesia after 1970's or about 40 years ago. 

Anung said the king entourages consisted with a huge number of people. "Almost 1,500 people, 10 ministers, and 25 princes," said him in the Presidential Palace on Tuesday (21/2).

Anung said the king would be in Jakarta for three days, during 1-3 March. During 4-9 March, the groups would take a rest in Bali.

Anung said President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) would give an award of the highest state star to the king. He would also welcomed the king at the plane's door, as he ever did to Jokowi. It showed that both countries had been very close. 

The Indonesian government would also tried to keep a good relationship to gain investments. There would be an MoU signing between Saudi Aramco to a project in Cilacap, Central Java, at about six billion US dollar. Another project would be signed with the value at about a billion US dollar. "We targeted there would be investments of 25 billion US dollar from Arab Saudi," said him.
