REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Transport Minister Budi Karya Sumadi has said train project to Soekarno Hatta airport will be completed this year. He expected the airport train to start operation in September.

Budi explained some of the stations that became cessation of the airport railway will be completed in June. Stations such as Sudirman, Duri and Batu Ceper will be completed in June this year. However Budi explained regarding Batu Ceper station, the government will focus on completing a land dispute case first. 

Budi said the case been included in the trial and waiting for verdict. "Related to the land, if  it can be finished, in June we will complete all things and we will operate in July or August," Budi said at Batu Ceper station, Sunday (March 12).

State-Owned Entreprises Minister Rini Soemarno also confirmed that. Rini said the progress of the construction of each station will be the airport train depot had reached 60 percent. Rini said this work will be accelerated so that the integration and the mode of transportation for the people can be fulfilled. "The operation may be the end of July, for three international terminal end of July. It could be fully operational," Rini said.
