Govt gets Rp 7.87 trillion from Islamic bond auction

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Indonesian government was succeed to absorb Rp 7.87 trillion of fund from the auction of five National Islamic Securities (SBSN) on Tuesday (March 21). The total offers reached Rp 18.12 trillion. The absorbed funds were collected from SPNS08092017, PBS013, PBS014, PBS011 and PBS012 series.

The Directorate General of Risk and Financing Management of Finance Ministry's official website said on Wednesday (March 22) that the fund got from SPNS08092017 series reached Rp 2 trillion by  5.43 percent of average profit share and exchange of discounts. The offers came from the SBSN series which the due date of September 2017 was Rp 7.19 trillion by the lowest share for 5.28 percent and the highest for 5.84 percent.

PBS013 series generated Rp 2.70 trillion with 6.99 percent average of share and 6.25 percent of reward. The offers of SBSN series with due date of May 15, 2019 reached Rp 4,78 trillion with the lowest share 6.69 percent and the highest 7.25 percent.

PBS014 series won Rp 1.56 trillion of fund with average shares of 7.16 percent and 6.5 percent of reward. The offers for the series with the due date of May 15, 2021 reached Rp 1.76 trillion with the lowest share 6.875 percent and the highest 7.50 percent.

PBS011 series won Rp 650 million with average of shares 7.54 percent and the reward 8.75 percent. The offers of SBSN series with the due date of August 15, 2023 reached Rp 2.49 trillion with the lowest share of 7.41 percent and the highest 7.88 percent.

PBS012 series won Rp 960 million with average of share reached 8.04 percent and reward 8.75 percent. The offers' due date was November 15, 2031 reached Rp1.898 trillion with the lowest shares 7.97 percent and the highest 8.41 percent.

The government also issued other SBSN by conducting Private Placement with Rp 2 trillion of values. SBSN issued was non-tradable SDHI 2020E.

The SBSN series required 17,4 of fixed reward per year by Ijarah al-Khadamat types of agreement and underlying asset was a hajj service. 

It was issued on March 21, 2017 and its due date was March 21, 2020. The payment was at date 21 every month. The last payment was on March 21, 2020.
