REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BENGKULU - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has arrested three graft suspects including an official of the regional high prosecution office identified as PP.

PP, who is head of the intelligence section at the Bengkulu High Prosecution Office, was caught red handed just past midnight on Friday accepting a bribe from the two other suspects - a businessman and an official of the regional office of the public works service.

KPK confiscated an amount of money from one of the suspects.

The three were held at the local police detention before they were flown to Jakarta last night. Bengkulu high prosecution spokesman Ahmad Fuadi confirmed that one of the men arrested by KPK is a prosecutor.
