REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Jakarta Metro Police have summoned Fatimah Husein Assegaf or Kak Emma on Tuesday (June 13). She was examined as the witness of alleged steamy conversation case involving Muhammad Rizieq Shihab as suspect.
Kak Emma was scheduled to have examination at 10.00 am. "Yes we scheduled an examination,” said an Investigator of West Java Provincial Police Ferdy Iriawan on Tuesday (June 13).
Emma's Lawyers, Mirza Zulkarnaen confirmed the information. He said Kak Emma left her house in Depok, West Java, at 09.00 am, while Mirza was absent as there was another business. He said Kak Emma was accompanied by other legal team.
At 10.28 am, Kak Emma was come to the police with her legal team Ahmad Ardiansyah Novianto Sumantri. He says nothing about the detail of the agenda.
“We are late; the agenda is the examination of witness, later ok," said Ahmad while entering the room.
In the steamy conversation case, Kak Emma allegedly to be Firza's friend to share stories. He also alleged to know the relationship between Firza Husein and Habib Muhammad Rizieq Shihab.
