REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BALIKPAPAN -- President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has categorically refuted an allegation that he will reshuffle his cabinet this week.

"There will be no cabinet reshuffle today or this week," the President said after inspecting the construction of low-cost landed houses in the Pesona Bukit Batuan housing complex in Batu Ampar, East Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, on Thursday.

The issue of cabinet reshuffle surfaced in the past few days following a rumor that President Joko Widodo and Vice President Jusuf Kalla will evaluate the performance of cabinet ministers.

But he added he does not see whether there will be a cabinet shakeup in the long run.
