REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BOGOR -- Initial result of examination on Hari Darmawan's cause of death has been revealed. The founder of Matahari retail group died allegedly because of falling into the Ciliwung river.
Bogor District Police came to the conclusion after questioning 11 witnesses and examining the owner of Taman Wisata Matahari's body.
"We have done crime scene investigation, examined 11 witnesses, and checked the victim's body," said Bogor District Police chief Andi Moch Dicky at his office in Cibinong, Bogor on Monday (March 12).
Hari suffered some wounds due to coalision with stones or gravel in the river, police said. Meanwhile, signs of violent attack was minimal.

Hari visited his villa at Hankam street, Cisarua, Bogor on last Friday. His driver was the last to see him alive.
While resting at the second floor of the villa, Hari asked the driver to get him a drinking water in the car parked at nearby villa. The driver left him and when he got back, he did not found Hari.
The driver then called Taman Wisata Matahari security to search, but they did not find Hari. It was dark and heavy flow of the river hindered the search. They asked for help from Sarch and Rescue team and volunteers.
"But then the search operation has to be suspended by the condition," Andi explained.
Hari was found dead by joint rescue team in a river a kilometre away from his villa the next morning after his disappearance. Cash amounted Rp4,212,000, his right's shoe, a jacket and trouser was found near Hari's body.

The police still searching for Hari's bag, mobile phone and wallet. "We will ask the celluar provider to trace the last number contacted by or contacted Hari," Andi said.
Harry was known as a popular and humanist businessman. He was famous for his quote, "Happiness to other people, multiple happiness to us."
