Previously, the repayment schedule of regular pilgrims this year was delayed due to the absence of legal basis.
"I have met Minister of State Secretary and Keppres BPIH has officially signed by President Jokowi," said Nizar on event Hajj Advocacy Dissemination in Bogor on Monday (April 9).
The repayment process was scheduled to be done on last April 3, but it had to be postponed. According to Nizar, BPIH presidential decree has not been signed by Jokowi due to it was stuck in the administration of State Secretariat for about a week.

Based on BPIH 2018 determined by Ministry of Religious Affairs and Commission VIII House of Representatives (DPR), hajj pilgrims must pay Rp 35,23 million. The hajj cost hikes Rp 345 thousand compared than last year.
