REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Actress and TV presenter Concitha Caroline clarifies her information related to Lion Air flight route from Denpasar-Jakarta on Sunday night. According to her, she was in Lion Air with flight number JT 33, not JT 43 as she wrote in Instagram.

Caroline said, either Lion Air flight JT 33 and JT 43 were flights to Denpasar-Jakarta on Oct 28 night. However, Caroline initially thought that she was flying with JT 43 which simillar plane that crashed on Monday in Karawang.

“So I boarded with Lion Air JT 33, not JT 43, as I thought before,” Conchita said on Tuesday (Oct 30).

Base on FligtRadar24.com, Lion Air JT 43 was the same plane as JT 610, aircraft type B737-8 Max with registration numbered PQ LKP which experienced accident on Oct 29 morning. Meanwhile, JT 33 was aircraft type B737-9GP (ER) with registration number PK LLJ.

Conchita Caroline admitted that she had misinformed peoples. She argued that the flight of JT 33 was delayed. Then, its schedule was so close to Lion Air flight JT 43.

“I was boarding at 19.30, it should be 17.45 but delay and when i check JT 43 at 19.30 was not delay,” Caroline added.

She apologized for her mistake to inform people through her social media account Instagram. However, she asserted that her stories experience as a passenger of Lion Air flight Denpasar-Jakarta route was true. 

“My experiences and team that departed from Denpasar to Jakarta was true, I didn't engineered at all,” Conchita said.

The aircraft type B737-8 Max with Flight Number JT 610 was flying from Soekarno Hatta Airport in Banten to Depati Amir Airport in Pangkal Pinang and was reported to have lost contact on Oct 29 at around 06:33 WIB (Indonesia West Standard Time) shortly after take off.

The aircraft, which bore the registration number PK-LQP, was reportedly last sighted on radar at coordinates 05 46.15 S - 107 07.16 E.
