REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- National Campaign Team (TKN) of the Indonesian Working Coalition (KIK) to seek the right time to share vision, mission, and programs of Joko Widodo-KH Ma'ruf Amin to the community. TKN also to figure out best technical way to convey their messages to reach the entire community as the General Election Commission (KPU) has cancelled the event of delivering presidential candidates' vision and mission.

"We will ask KPU whether we can deliver our vision, mission, and programs through private television stations," spokesperson of TKN KIK Arya Sinulingga at Cemara Media Center, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday.

If allowed, TKN would prepare the contents into some segments. Arya said it could be aired in several days.

However, according to KPU regulation, presidential candidates and the campaign teams are not allowed to broadcast their campaign in the television until 21 days prior to the voting day. Therefore, TKN utilized its branches in all provinces.

"As a matter of fact, we wanted KPU to facilitate presidential candidate pairs to convey their vision, mission, and programs, so there could be a question and answer session between candidates," he stated.
