Chairman of RT 01, RW 02, Lempongsari Kelurahan, Anwar Rocip said that voters in polling station 11 include residents of RT 1, RW 2 and RT 1, RW 4 with a total of 293 people on the permanent voter list (DPT). In addition, he said, there were additional voters who exercised their voting rights at the polling station of 12 people.
“Additional voters, among others, Mr. Ganjar and his wife and son. For others, the information is from Mr. Ganjar's entourage,” he said in Semarang City, Tuesday (13/2/2024).
Anwar said that information about the transfer of Ganjar polling place to TPS 11 was submitted earlier by former mayor of Semarang and Chairman of DPC PDIP Hendrar Prihadi alias Hendi, who will also exercise his voting rights at that polling place.
“Mr. Hendi said there are 12 members of Mr. Ganjar's entourage who will move to vote,” Anwar said. According to him, there was no excessive preparation for polling station 11 in welcoming the D-day of the election.
“A national theme with a background like that alludes to a wedding party. Tomorrow will be a sacred event to elect a leader,” Anwar said. In addition, he continued, KPPS officers will also use batik as a symbol of nationalism.
