REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Minister of Agrarian and Space/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said that on the first day of work, he paid a working visit to Bolaang Mongondow, North Sulawesi (Sulut). There, AHY along with a number of ministers accompanying President Joko Widodo inaugurated the dam on Friday (23/2/2024).

“Incidentally, on my first day, I will also attend the inauguration of the dam in Bolaang Mongondow Regency, Sulut,” AHY said when met at the office of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, Thursday (22/2/2024).

AHY said that in addition to accompanying the president, he will also visit the ATR/BPN office in Sulut. Starting from the provincial level to the district/city level. AHY claims to be a field worker type.

So he is happy when his work plunges directly to meet the community and its ranks below. AHY also hopes in Sulut to be able to hand out ready-made land certificates to the community.

“Earlier I coordinated with Wamen (King Juli Antoni) and the ranks, if I can there (Sulut) I can distribute certificates to the community,” AHY said.

Early in his tenure as Minister, AHY professed a passion for working alongside Wamen Raja Juli. He is confident of youthful vigour, able to complete big targets within the next eight months or until his term ends.

Following Republika.co.id, AHY came to the office of the Ministry of ATR/BPN around 09.20 WIB. The general chairman of the DPP of the Democratic Party arrived in a Mercedes Benz car with the plate RI 41. At the site, he was welcomed by the Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN, Raja Juli Antoni.

AHY immediately greeted several ranks in the ATR/BPN Ministry as well as dozens of media crews who were already waiting in the main lobby. After that, AHY went straight into the boardroom. AHY, who seemed to be in a hurry, opened an internal meeting with Wamen, the secretary-general, and a number of directors-general in the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

“Of course I can't explain the details at the moment either because I'm still struggling with the ranks of the ministry. Obviously I want to deliver the targets in line with the programme that has been designed so far by previous ministers. I want to open one by one whichever one wants to accelerate,” AHY said.
