REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG CITY -- The number 2 presidential and vice presidential candidate pair Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka won 813,925 votes based on the results of the open plenary meeting recapitulating the results of the vote count in the 2024 general election (Election) in Bandung City.

“The recapitulation process in the Bandung City Commission is running smoothly and smoothly, Alhamdulilah. So meeting the target in five days can be completed,” Bandung City Commission Chairman Wenti Frihadianti said in Bandung on Thursday.

Data collected from the Bandung City Commission, mentioned that the number 1 candidate pair Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar finished second with 546,484 votes and the number 3 candidate pair Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md in third place with 188,317 votes.

Wenti added that the turnout in Bandung City in the 2024 presidential and vice presidential elections reached 1,548,726 people. Of these voters, there were 1,576,484 valid votes and 27,758 invalid votes.

As for the results of the recapitulation of the vote count of the legislative candidates of the Bandung City Parliament, the Prosperous Justice Party came out as the winner with 297,937 votes.

Next, the second highest vote-getter was occupied by Gerindra Party with 197,241 votes, followed by Golkar Party (Golkar) with 175,600 votes, PDI Struggle 160,656 votes and NasDem Party 138,731 votes in fifth place.

For the sixth position there was the Perusahaan Bangsa Party (PKB) which gathered 110,805 votes, followed by the Democratic Party with 106,374 votes, the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) 86,771 votes, the National Amanat Party (PAN) 64,242 votes, and the tenth was occupied by the Peruatan Pembangan Party (PPP).
