REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Chairman of Gerindra party Prabowo Subianto commented pollsters that won candidate promoted by Gerindra party and PKS party in the second round of Jakarta gubernatorial election.

Prabowo said 90 percent of the quick count data is already submitted. It indicated Jakarta will have a new governor and deputy governor. "Congratulation for Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno. This victory is ours. the victory of all and democracy," he said in victory speech of Anies Baswedan and Sandiaga Uno at his house at Kertanegara, South Jakarta, on Wednesday.

Furthermore, Prabowo conveyed his gratitute to national figures, politicians and volunteers who support Anies-Sandi. He aslo thanked Jakarta Election Commission and the police. 

"Especially, thank you Indonesian people. Thank you also to those who give away parcels of basic needs. Please proceed," he said jokingly.
