REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, RANTAUPRAPAT -- A boat carrying passengers, including the deputy chief of the Labuhanbatu Resort Police, Commissioner Andi Chandra, reportedly sank in the Labuhanbatu waters, North Sumatra, on Saturday.
