REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, BANDUNG - Chocodot, a small medium enterprise in Garut of West Java, will export its chocolate product to South Korea in 2013. The owner of Chocodot, Kiki Gumelar, said his team was still preparing the product to fulfill the market’s demand.

"We will export chocolate filled with coffee bean with brand Chocodot Coffee Chocolate," he said on Thursday.

The decision was made after some studies, he said, in which he found out that Koreans loved coffee. The company has also delivered some samples to South Korea. "The response is amazing," he said.

Chocodot Coffee Chocolate has been produced since a year ago. The market response is quite positive. Besides producing the chocolate, he also prepares the unique package.

"We must compete with other products. We are optimistic," he said. Chocodot has also exported its product named Chocodot Chokor to Middle East. To meet local demands of Middle East, Chocodot will produce chocolate filled with dates.
