REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Head of Institusional at Bank ANZ Indonesia Sity Lea Samudera said the increase of BI rate would impact on property loan. Bank Indonesia (BI) increased its benchmark of interest rate by 50 basis points, from six percent to 6.50 percent.

"Growth of property is very enthusiastic as our interest rates are very low. Increase of BI rate will rise property loan," Samudera said on Tuesday.

Growth in emerging market is strongly influenced by reduction of quantitative easing policy by the Federal Reserves. So that, the movement of money into emerging market is very quick.
