The culprit, the two brothers Ibrahim and Khalid el-Bakroui, a Belgian citizen of Moroccan descent, has been associated with a bombing in Paris (13/11/2015), which killed over 130 people. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the bombings in Brussels and Paris.
