REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs has completed the socialization and mentoring of halal certification to 15,000 micro-enterprises through the “Roadshow Kita Halalin 2024”, which is the series of the program Formal Transformation of Micro Enterprises (Transfumi) 2024.
“Overall, we have socialized and provided halal assistance to 15 thousand micro-entrepreneurs with the achievement of issuing halal certificates of more than 40 thousand certificates,” said Deputy for Micro Enterprises of Kemenkop UKM Yulius in an official statement in Jakarta, Wednesday (4/9/2024).
Halal socialization and mentoring activities through the program “Roadshow Kita Halalin 2024” have been held in 15 regions, namely Bangka Belitung Islands, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Banyuwangi, Jembrana, South Sumatra, West Java, South Kalimantan, Trenggalek, South Sulawesi, West Kalimantan, NTB, Surakarta and Sukoharjo, as well as Salatiga City.
This year's roadshow series closes with an event in Banten Province. In this activity, the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs provided socialization and mentoring of halal certificates to 1,000 thousand micro-entrepreneurs.
