Indonesian task force let AFC handle the rivalry case

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - The Task Force formed by Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports to settle the problems of Indonesian football renders the problems of Indonesian Football Federation (PSSI) and Indonesian Football Rescue Committee (KPSI) to Asian Football Confederation (AFC).

"We are only monitoring. Based on FIFA mandate, AFC wil resolve the conflict," the Head of Task Force, Rita Subowo, said on Friday.

She explained that the Task Force would still communicate with AFC for the resolution within Indonesian football until March 2013. The Task Force watchs its step carefully to prevent over intervention and maintain neutrality. The members of Task Force are Rita Subowo, Tono Suratman, Agum Gumelar, Yuli Mumpuni and Djoko Pekik Irianto.
