REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan leads groundbreaking ceremony of Klapa Village apartments building in Pondok Kelapa, Was Jakarta. The development of apartment building becomes the implementation of zero percent down-payment housing scheme program.
"By saying Bismillahirrahmanirrahim (in the name of God), the ground breaking of Klapa Village is started," said Anies on Thursday (January 18).

Zero percent down-payment housing scheme program is one of the key campaign promises by Anies and his Deputy Governor Sandiaga Uno. Anies has explained the scheme that will be pursued to provide this program.
First, the development of new flats will use regional budget (APBD) on the land which owned by Jakarta Provincial Government. Second, the development also involve the private parties. Third, region-owned enterprises (BUMD) and state-owned enterprises (BUMN) will be involved in the provision of house, which proportion depend on land location.

The target of zero percent down-payment housing scheme program was Jakarta citizens who still not owning a house yet. The citizens who can follow this program should also meet the criteria of ownership. This project will be developed by city-owned property developer Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.
