REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok)'s lawyer, I Wayan Sudirta, said he never have any discussion with the law enforcers on blasphemy case. He said he had not got any notification related to the legal binding decision on the case.

"Not yet, as we have not got any verdict. If we have got it, then we will discuss,” said Wayan to Republika.co.id on Wednesday (June 14).

When being asked about the block Ahok is jailed in Mako Brimob, Wayan reluctant to explained in detail. He said he did not know. “I am only a visitor. We do not have access to the block. Can visitor go to the block? No,” he said.

Wayan argued that law enforcers must consistent in considering Ahok's detention from Mako Brimot Detention Center to Cipinang. He reminded that previously, Ahok had been transferred from Cipinang Detention Center to Mako Brimob.

Wayan said Ahok was transferred from Cipinang to Mako Brimob to ensure security aspect. It was not a privilege for the former Governor of Jakarta. He said he had prepared a proposal so Ahok would remain to be in Mako Brimob.

“In other places, we don't dare to say it is safe or not. But for security reason, it is better for Ahok to be jailed in Mako Brimob,” he said.
