Growth: 9.9 percent (2008), 9.6 percent (2013)

West Bank settlement population: 221,898 (2003), 290,311 355 (2008), 993 (2013)

Growth: 31 percent (2008), 23 percent (2013)

Settlements inside barrier: 168,713 222,121 274,115

Growth: 32 percent (2008), 23 percent (2013)

Settlements outside barrier: 53,185 (2003),  68,190 (2008), 81,878 (2013)

Growth: 28 percent (2008), 20 percent (2013)

Palestinian population: 2.09 million (2003), 2.39 million (2008), 2.72 million (2013

All data is obtained from sources Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics, Peace Now and Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics. Israeli figures are year-end numbers, while Palestinian figures are mid-year estimates. The Palestinians figures include an estimated 300,000 Palestinian residents of east Jerusalem.
