Dahlan Iskan comments on Germany's World Cup victory

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - Minister of State Enterprises, Dahlan Iskan cheered over the victory of his favorite team at final World Cup, with 1-0 score for Germany on Monday. 

"This is a perfect final match. I support Germany because of the coach, Joachim Loew who combined between youth and senior players," Iskan said in Jakarta on Monday.

The media mogul originally predicted scores of 2-0 for Germany, but it ended with 1-0 after additional time of 2x15 minutes. 

"After watching the game I agree with whoever the winner," he added.

Germany midfielder Mario Gotze kick last minutes goal n Sunday’s World Cup final. After an exhausting 113 minutes with no goals and a penalty shootout looming, Gotze slotted a left-footed shot to the left side of the net off Andre Schurrle’s assist for one of the latest goals in Cup final history.

"His goal was very beautiful," Iskan said and adding that both teams had incredible stamina for playing hard until the additional time ended.
